I almost bought a boat like that off the internet...But settled for a free flat bottom boat. I'd would rather have what you looked at, but $500 is a lot especially if you never get to go fishing.

That's the first I've seen them. They are nice and small and look like they will do the job. I hadn't thought about a PFD. I can swim across the lake at it's widest spot, but that doesn't mean I can do it tangled in fishing line.

I agree it's an expensive toy, but look at most of our toys. Show me a 4-wheeler that costs less than a $1000. If I go out and buy a gun, it is most likely going to cost more than $500. (I like expensive guns for some reason.) Truck accessories, don't even get me started. The bed cover I want is $1200. (Diamond Back)
